Return Policies:

30 Day Money-Back Guarantee:

We understand buying jewelry the traditional way versus buying jewelry online can be a very different experience. Through traditional outlets, you can feel and wear the jewelry before making your decision to purchase. That is why we offer returns on products within 30 days if you are not 100% satisfied with the product(s) you have received from  EternalSparkles.com. All items being returned for a refund, however, must be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging and in re-sellable condition.

Original packaging includes: the jewelry box, the warranty card, the item itself with its tag, the packing slip and the return authorization form (RMA) emailed to you by an ESC customer service representative. In the event that we determine that a product has been used or the packaging has not been included, there will be a 25% restocking fee. If you're requesting an exchange for a defective item, please note that there is a shipping charge of $5.95 for your new item(s) for purchase made outside of our 30 day policy. 

We MUST receive the returned package within two weeks of issuing a RMA number.

*All free jewelry pieces are non refundable and non returnable. Since you are receiving the jewelry free (you only pay S&P fees) we are unable to accept returns.

 

Refunds / Exchanges:

We will only accept returns made within 30 days of the date of purchase. To start your refund or exchange process, please fill out the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and indicate the reason for your return. Once the form is submitted, it will take up to 24-48 hours to process. We will then provide you with our return warehouse address and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number via email.

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 10-15 business days after receipt of returned merchandise. Upon receiving the returned merchandise Eternal Sparkles will credit back your account, minus the original shipping and handling costs. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for the refund to show on your statement.

All items being returned must be returned within 30 days of purchase with original packaging and be in re-sellable condition.  If we receive an incomplete return a 25% restocking fee may be applied. In addition, an amount equal to our original shipping cost will be deducted if you received free shipping on your order and decide to return it for a reason other than defective or incorrect item. 

If you're requesting an exchange, please note that there is a shipping charge of $5.95 for your new item(s). If exchanging a defective item the shipping fee will be waived, as long as the exchange is within the 30 days, since the date of purchase. You will be contacted by customer service for payment of $5.95 once we receive your return, if you would like an exchange.

Incorrect / Defective Item(s):

On rare occasions, human error does occur and if it does please let us know immediately by filling out the Return Authorization form and indicating the problem(s) with your merchandise. Once the form is submitted, it will take up to 24-48 hours for an Eternal Sparkles customer service representative to follow up on it. We will then provide you with our return warehouse address and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number via email. Please follow the emailed instructions and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.



Lifetime Warranty:

We stand behind our products 100% and provide each of our customers with an Eternal Sparkles lifetime warranty. The warranty covers manufacture defects, material defects and workmanship. We will replace all defected products with the exact item and size. If the exact item and size is not available at the time of your return, we will select as similar of an item and ship it as soon as possible or credit the amount paid for the ring toward a replacement ring. All returned items must be accompanied by the warranty card, packing slip, and original packaging (jewelry boxes, tags) to be eligible for the lifetime warranty benefits.   

The lifetime warranty will automatically be voided if the jewelry has been altered, disrupted, dinged, dented, scratched, or bent out of shape. In addition, the warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear or natural breakdown of colors and materials. To be eligible for the Lifetime Warranty, products must be properly cared for, meaning no contact with any harsh chemicals, lotions, or soaps that may cause jewelry to tarnish. To claim warranty replacement after 90 days of receipt of your product, please include $5.95 for exchange shipping. Please fill out the
Return Authorization form to start the process for your exchange.

Note: Only exchanges are acceptable under the lifetime warranty; not refunds. Lifetime warranties are not applicable to non-jewelry items such as, but not limited to, bags, handbags, wallets, electronic sleeves or cases, and Amazon & Ebay purchases.

Shipping Policies:

Once a package has been shipped per your order specifications, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping service that you selected. Although most of our orders are processed immediately, please note that a processing period of 24-48 hours may be required. All orders placed after 9:00AM PST will be processed the following business day.

Once a package has been shipped out per your order specifications, it is literally out of our hands and becomes the responsibility of the postal service that you selected. If the package cannot be located, we will provide you with a replacement or refund once our standard procedure has been completed. This will require: 

Customer must complete and return (via postal mail, fax, or scanned email) a signed affidavit of non-receipt (MANDATORY for all orders in which a replacement or refund is requested because the customer noted that the package was never received). 

By signing the aforementioned affidavit, customer agrees that they will immediately ship back the original package - and cover all costs of shipping the package back to us - if it is received after a replacement or refund has been issued. • We require this form for our own protection, and as documentation to the shipping service so that we can file a claim. 

PLEASE NOTE: Postal fraud is a serious crime and Eternal Sparkles Corp is obligated to provide appropriate documentation when filing claims of packages that were not delivered as planned. Because we will provide a free replacement or refund upon receipt of this signed document, it is absolutely required in order to proceed. Please do NOT expect a replacement or refund if you are not willing and able to complete the required documentation.

*Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Eternal Sparkles is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed by any country.
