Return/Exchange Policies:

We understand buying jewelry the traditional way versus buying jewelry online can be a very different experience. Through traditional outlets, you can feel and wear the jewelry before making your decision to purchase. Eternal Sparkles (ES) values its customers and wants customers happy with their purchases. ES offers return and exchange services. Below are our policies:

** Customers get Full Refund due to manufacturing defect and/or merchandise damage

** Customers get Free Exchange for defective item, and/or incorrect item

** Other cases, customers get charged 25% for restocking fee

** Shipping fees on all orders are non-refundable

** All free jewelry pieces and sale items are FINAL: non-refundable, non- returnable, and/or non-exchangeable

To start your refund or exchange process, please fill out the Return Form and indicate the reason for your return or exchange. Once the form is submitted, it will take up to 24-48 hours to process. We will then provide you with our return warehouse address and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number via email.

 

Returns Instructions:

** Complete the return authorization form (RMA) that can be requested thru our customer service representative
** Include the original receipt, invoice, or packing slip
** Ensure tags are attached
** Include the original jewelry box and jewelry bag
** Place in appropriate shipping box/envelop
** Keep a record of your tracking number

 

Exchange Intructions:

** Do the same as Return Instructions
** Indicate what correct item to exchange

 

Processing Instructions:

Eternal Sparkles reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund cannot be granted.

Eternal Sparkles will not assume any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.  Please keep all tracking details for your records.

Please send back to us within 30 days from the date of purchase and within 2 weeks of issuing a RMA number. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange; once your return is received it will be inspected. Items that have been resized or altered, engraved, appear to be worn or damaged in any way are non-returnable. After 30 days, exchanges and/or returns are not acceptable.

Upon receiving the returned merchandise, Eternal Sparkles will credit back your account, minus the original shipping, handling costs, and restocking fee if applicable. If the condition of the merchandise is acceptable then a credit will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receipt. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to show on your statement.

Free Shipping offer is subject to adjustments due to exchanges and returned merchandise. A shipping fee will be deducted from all refunds on returned orders that originally received free shipping, when the amount of the return brings the total sale below the free shipping threshold requirement.

Currently, Eternal Sparkles only offers Free Exchange for damaged and/or incorrect item. The shipping fee will be waived as long as the exchange is within 30 days since the date of purchase. 

If you're requesting an exchange for a different size, please contact us for further instructions. $5 shipping cost will be charged for the new sized item order. If you'd like to exchange for another style or item, please return the original purchased item and proceed to buy another one.

Shipping Policies:

Once a package has been shipped per your order specifications, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping service that you selected. Although most of our orders are processed immediately, please note that a processing period of 24-48 hours may be required. All orders placed after 9:00AM PST will be processed the following business day.

Once a package has been shipped out per your order specifications, it is literally out of our hands and becomes the responsibility of the postal service that you selected. If the package cannot be located, we will provide you with a replacement or refund once our standard procedure has been completed. This will require: 

Customer must complete and return (via postal mail, fax, or scanned email) a signed affidavit of non-receipt (MANDATORY for all orders in which a replacement or refund is requested because the customer noted that the package was never received). 

By signing the aforementioned affidavit, customer agrees that they will immediately ship back the original package - and cover all costs of shipping the package back to us - if it is received after a replacement or refund has been issued.  We require this form for our own protection, and as documentation to the shipping service so that we can file a claim. 

PLEASE NOTE: Postal fraud is a serious crime and Eternal Sparkles Corp is obligated to provide appropriate documentation when filing claims of packages that were not delivered as planned. Because we will provide a free replacement or refund upon receipt of this signed document, it is absolutely required in order to proceed. Please do NOT expect a replacement or refund if you are not willing and able to complete the required documentation.

*Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Currently, we don't provide international shipping.

IP Addresses and Demographic Information:
When visiting our web site, our web site will identify your computer's IP address for problem analysis and site administration. Your IP address helps us gather broad demographic information. We use this data to tailor the visitor's experience on our site, showing them content we believe they may be interested in and displaying the content according to their preferences.

Our web site uses a number of security measures to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. All credit card information utilizes state-of-the-art Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology and is SET compliant. If you use PayPal to send us payment, your credit card information is protected by PayPal and is not passed onto our web site. PayPal also uses its own strong encryption technology to protect your credit card information.
