Eternal Sparkles Create Your Perfect Outfit Contest Official Rules
This contest is valid in the United States Only.
1. All entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time On Tuesday, December 1, 2009. Winners will be selected by a panel of judges selected by Eternal Sparkles Corporation. Judges will look for unique ideas of putting pieces of Eternal Sparkles fashion jewelry together to create a perfect outfit for this fall season trend. Winners and their winning sets will be profiled in Facebook, Blogger, email Campaign for a week and on Eternal Sparkles website.
All entries submitted by email at team@eternalsparkles.com using the Polyvore web-based application for mixing and matching should have as many images as possible from Eternal Sparkles.com along with other latest fashion trend. All contest entries will become the property of Eternal Sparkles but we will give credit to the winners. Eternal Sparkles is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, destroyed or illegible entries.
2. Eligibility: This contest is open to Eternal Sparkles customers and fans who reside in and are physically located in the 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of contest entry (upon verification of prize eligibility, misrepresentation of age requirement will void the entry). This contest is not open to Public Sector employees where such an offer would violate laws regulations, or policies. Eternal Sparkles employees, distributors, resellers, affiliates, subsidiaries, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individual (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the contest. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation.
By entering this contest, participants grant Eternal Sparkles a non-exclusive right to use the materials submitted and the content of the entries in any marketing or promotional materials that Eternal Sparkles , in its sole discretion, may decide to publish, distribute or use.
Additionally, by entering this contest, participants represent and warrant that their submission is original and does not infringe on the rights or intellectual property claims of any third party or entity and agree to indemnify and hold Eternal Sparkles Corporation harmless for any related claims.
By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decision of Eternal Sparkles being final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in the United States apply.
3. How to Enter:
a. Create a Polyvore account at http://www.polyvore.com
b. Create your set by using items from http://www.eternalsparkles.com (limit of one entry per person however no limit on the number of sets included with your entry).
c. Email the set to team@eternalsparkles.com Subject line should be: “Eternal Sparkles Contest” when you send the email. Please include your name, email address, telephone, and address.
d. Deadline to submit all entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time On Tuesday, December 1, 2009.
e. Winners will be notified on December 8, 2009 check back on http://www.eternalsparkles.com for the list of winners.
All entries submitted by email must be created by using Eternal Sparkles products from Polyvore.
Alternate Method of Entry: Eternal Sparkles recommends that you submit your entry electronically by sending an e-mail of your Polyvore sets at the following address: team@eternalsparkles.com Subject line should be: “Eternal Sparkles Contest” Electronic entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the property of Eternal Sparkles.

4. Prizes Awarded: NO FEE OR PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. PRODUCT PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE ODDS OR WINNING. There will be four winners: First place prize winner will receive $50 (USD) credit and Second place prize winner will receive $25 (USD) credit that can be used toward the purchase of any items on the Eternalsparkles.com. The Third and Fourth place prize winner will receive a mysterious gift worth $20 or more. Winners must use the credit in a single purchase transaction on Eternalsparkles.com no later than January 31, 2010. The above-mentioned prizes do not include taxes, shipping, or duty charges. The odds of winning will be dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes are not transferable, exchange, or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded. All prize winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes. Entries must meet all eligibility requirements. Prizes will be awarded once the winners have been contacted.
5. Identification and Notification of Prize Winners: Eternal Sparkles will award prizes only upon winner verification and final approval.* Winners will be selected on or before December 8, 2009. Decisions by Eternal Sparkles of winner eligibility, notification, and acceptance or disqualification will be final and binding. All prize winners will receive notification by one of the following methods: phone and/or email or certified mail and will have five (5) business days to accept the prize or will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. All contest entries will become the property of Eternal Sparkles and will not be returned to contest participants.
If the selected winner has not complied with the Official Rules, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, the prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or does not respond within the specified time period, an alternate winner will be selected. Participation and/or acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Eternal Sparkles to use winner’s name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. All information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Eternal Sparkles’ privacy policy Eternal Sparkles Privacy Policy . All decisions of Eternal Sparkles shall be binding and final.
6. Limitation of Liability: Eternal Sparkles is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users or by any of Polyvore equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest or by any technical or human error, which may occur in processing entries for the contest.
Eternal Sparkles is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable Website network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scramble or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.
Eternal Sparkles is not responsible for any delay, error, failure, problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of electronic mail or entries due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to any entrant, entrant’s computer or to any other computer related to or resulting from participation in, or downloading materials for, this contest. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Eternal Sparkles which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, Eternal Sparkles reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.
7. Tax Information: All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize won are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. General Information: This contest is being conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning) and any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the State of California in the United States, exclusively, and subject to the laws of the State of California. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of California and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of California.
