What Are We Looking For?
Judges will look for unique ideas of putting images of Eternal Sparkles fashion jewelry together to create a perfect outfit for this fall season trend.
Deadline to submit all entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time On
Tuesday, December 1, 2009.
Winners and their winning sets will be profiled on Eternal Sparkles Facebook Fan Page, Email Campaign for a week, and Eternal Sparkles website. There is a chance 1 out of 25 contestants will win!
Prizes Awarded
>> 1st Prize Winner will receive $50 (USD) Eternal Sparkles shopping spree
>> 2nd Prize Winner will receive $25 (USD) Eternal Sparkles shopping spree
>> 3rd & 4th Prize Winner will receive a mysterious gift worth $20 or more.

*Winners must use the credit in a single purchase transaction on Eternalsparkles.com no later than January 31, 2010. Each winner will also receive a certificate of 2009 for entering in Eternal Sparkles Contest.
Eligibility
This contest is open to Eternal Sparkles customers and fans who reside in and are physically located in the 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of contest entry. Eternal Sparkles employees, distributors, resellers, affiliates, subsidiaries, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individual (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the contest.
How to Enter:
1. Create a Polyvore account at http://www.polyvore.com
2. Create your set by using items from http://www.eternalsparkles.com (limit two entries per person)
3. Email the set to team@eternalsparkles.com Subject line should be: “Eternal Sparkles Contest” when you send the email. Please include your name, email address, telephone, and address.
4. Deadline to submit all entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time On
Tuesday, December 1, 2009.
5. Winners will be notified on December 8, 2009 check back on http://www.eternalsparkles.com for the list of winners.
* Winners will be selected on or before December 8, 2009.
Decemberisions by Eternal Sparkles of winner eligibility, notification, and acceptance or disqualification will be final and binding. All prize winners will receive notification by one of the following methods: phone and/or email or certified mail and will have five (5) business days to accept the prize or will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
