1. How do I search for an item that I am looking for?
You can enter a part of the description of the item that you are looking for in the Search box located at the Top left corner of the home page. Once you click enter, you will see the list of all the items related to your search that are found from our site. If you are still have questions, our Customer Care center will be more than happy to assist you on them. You can email us your questions to sales@eternalsparkles.com or you can call us on 626- 638- 7843 on Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM PST.

2. There are various metals, cuts and gemstones that are confusing. Can you help on them?
We have created special pages like Birth Stone and Diamond Cuts in the useful info section found on the bottom of the home page.

3. What is .925 sterling silver and Rhodium plating and do they tarnish?
Sterling silver is a mixture of 92.5% silver and 7.5% of copper. Sterling silver does tarnish when they come in contact with gases like Sulfur in the atmosphere. In order to avoid this, most of our items have a plating of Rhodium on top of it. However, these coatings will wear off in time at which point of time, your jewelry needs cleaning in order to remove the unwanted effect.

4. How can I clean my jewelry?
Regular cleaning of your jewelry will help prevent them from tarnishing and thereby keeping the silver as good as the day you bought from us. We recommend that you keep the sterling silver jewelry in a box in order to prevent them from scratching. Never expose your jewelry to chemicals. Tarnish is easily removed when they are spotted for the first time by using either fine silver polish or solutions that are readily available on any retail outlets and Internet.
Rhodium plated jewelry needs to be wiped only with a soft cotton cloth in order to remove any spots. Do not use silver polish or solutions on them since they do not tarnish. Your jewelry will last forever if they are taken care properly.

5. Do Eternal Sparkles offer products for cleaning jewelry?
At this point of time, we are focusing on selling Fashion Jewelry rather than accessories required for cleaning and caring for your jewelry.

6. What is your product guarantee?
If within 30 days of your purchase, you are not satisfied with the items for any reason, we will either do an exchange or a full refund for the product excluding shipping and handling fee without any questions being asked.

7. Do you have a catalog?
Thanks you for your interest for a printed catalog. We are currently working on them. However, we receive new arrivals every month and our website is updated immediately. So please check back with us in order to see what we offer new! Also, we do have a newsletter every week which informs you of our new arrivals, sales, coupons and much more exciting information. You may sign up for them using the button Receive Exclusive Discounts and Offers found on the left hand side of our home page.

8. Are the jewelries offered on your website nickel free?
The benefit of having Nickel is to protect the brass base metal on Rhodium plated bands and also to increase the brightness on them. Most of our products have Nickel-plating in the center layer and so there is no direct contact to the skin. Also, if the percentage of content of Nickel is well within the standards, there will be no allergic reactions.

9. Will you do wholesale for your items?
We are a retail company and do not do wholesale prices on our items. Also, our prices are very low and competent when compared to our competitors.

10. How do I determine my ring and bracelet size?
Please visit our Ring Size section under the Useful Info tab found on the bottom of our home page.

11. I do not see half sizes in your store. Will you help me in resizing them for me?
We do not sell half sizes for any items that we sell. Also, we do not have the tools to resize them for you. We highly recommend that you buy one size up from your desired half size. For example, if your size is 5.5, we recommend a size 6 since the size may vary depending on the style of the ring and the width of the band.

12. What is cocktail jewelry?
Introduced in the 1920s, cocktail jewelry or fashion jewelry is made with imitation crystals or gemstones. Unlike genuine diamond, cocktail jewelry is more affordable and offers the same glamour.

1. How do I contact you if I have a question regarding my order?
Our Customer Care center swill always be happy to answer your questions. You can email us at service @eternalsparkles.com or call us at 626-638-7848 on Monday Friday between 9 Am to 6 PM PST.

2. What are the different payment methods that are available?
You can pay us using Master, Visa, American Express and Discover Debit or credit cards and also through your PayPal account.

3. How do I place my order online?
To place and order through the Eternalsparkles.com website, please follow these easy steps:

  • Click Add to Cart on the items that you wish to purchase. You can change the quantity that you want and then click Checkout Now button.
  • Enter your email address and password if you would like to do express checkout the next time since you will not be required to enter all the information on your next purchase with us and then hit continue checkout.
  • Enter your shipping information on the shipping page. If you have any information entered on a previous occasion, please make sure that they are correct and if no make necessary changes. Please select your payment option and then hit continue.
  • In the next page, please choose your shipping method. By default, the insurance option is selected. Then hit continue.
  • If you have any promotional code, enter on the box provided and then click on complete checkout where you can enter your payment information, review the order and then click place order. Your order is now placed and you will receive a confirmation email containing your order info in it.

4. Is it safe and secure to place my order online?
Security and protection of your information is the Top priority at Eternal Sparkles. All information entered via the website will be protected both offline and online. Access to all users information is restricted. Only Employees who need access in order to perform a required job are permitted to access these datas. All employees are kept up to date on security and privacy practices and they are often reminded on our privacy policy so as to make sure that our customers information are protected at all instances.

5. How do I receive updates on my order status?
We will keep you updated regarding your orders process via email. Your tracking number will be emailed to your as soon as the package has been shipped from our warehouse. You can use our Order status page in order to check for additional updates.

6. How long does it take in general to process my order?
Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hrs after you have submitted your order and we have received payment authorization.

7. If an item were in back order, how would you let me know about it?
If an item is out of stock in your order, your order will be packed immediately without including the out of stock item. We will not back hold any order due to out of stock items. Full refund for the product and shipping and handling fee will be done to your account and you will be notified via email regarding the same.

8. How do I check the status of my order online?
Access the Order Status button found on the top right hand side. Enter your email address and the item number and then you can check the status of your order.

9. Do you charge sales tax on the items purchased from your website?
We are required by law to collect Sales tax in order to ship to states in which we have a physical presence. Hence, all order shipped to California will have applicable Sales tax.

10. How do I use the coupon codes received in the email?
During checkout, please enter your coupon code in the Promotion code box. Your discount will be updated for the items in that order under the line Discounts which is found beneath the shipping charge line.

11. If I am purchasing for somebody, will you let him or her know the prices of the items?
Only the packing slip that has the order information without the prices will be shipped to our customers. Prices will not be indicated anywhere in the package sent.

12. I want to pay by paypal, what are the instructions?

  1. Goto www.paypal.com and register for a new account if you do not already have one. Please make sure that the email you are going to use to apply for the Paypal account is the same as the one you used to register on eternalsaparkles.com
  2. Login to your account and click on the tab "Send Money"
  3. In the "Recipient's Email" field, please enter "paypal@eternalsparkles.com" *In the "Amount" field, please enter the total amount from your order. You should find this either in your confirmation email or the "Order Status" menu.
  4. In the "Currency" field, please leave it in "U.S. Dollars"
  5. In the "Type" field, please choose "Goods (other)"
  6. In the "Subject" field, please enter your order number for this order. You should find this either in your confirmation email or the "Order Status" menu. *In the "Note" field, please enter any instructions or comments that you want to tell us.
  7. Click the "Continue" button, and you will be directed to the shipping page. Please make sure you enter a CONFIRMED address here. Eternalsparkles will NOT ship products to an unconfirmed address. *Finally click "Send Money" and you are all set!!!

At present, all our orders are shipped via United Stated Postal Service (USPS). The different shipping methods and the rates are as follows:

Free shipping is given to all domestic orders within the US when the order subtotal is greater than $50. However, they are not applicable for Priority, Express, and eBay orders.

2. What do I do if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
If there are any issues with a shipment, you can email our customer service department immediately at service@eternalsparkles.com.

3. Do you ship to PO Box and restricted regions?
Yes. USPS will ship to P.O. Box and restricted regions. However, Express orders cannot be delivered to a Post office box.

4. When I tried my tracking no in the USPS website, I did not receive any useful information. What do I do know?
If your package was shipped recently, you will not have any information from the website for some time. Please check back after a day on www.usps.com in order to receive updates for any domestic order.

USPS does not provide any detailed tracking for any international order shipped through them. Please see if your package arrives within 2- 3 weeks starting from the day your package was shipped. There might be delays due to customs and so please check with your local customs office and post office to see if the package was held up there.


5. My order was shipped several days back and I have not yet received my package. What should I do?
If 7 days has been passed since you received a confirmation email and you still do not have your Domestic First Class or Priority Mail Shipment, please send an email to service@eternalsparkles.com. Please remember that orders placed and/or shipped during holidays will experience delays.

Returns/ Exchanges -

1.If I don’t like the items that I received, can I return them for a refund?
Products can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date on your invoice.

All items must be returned in new condition and with the original packing materials. For returns, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued (shipping prices are not refundable). For exchanges or refunds you are responsible for shipping the items back to us. We will cover the cost of shipping replacement items(s) back to you only if the mistake was on our part or if the item was damaged.

For all other orders that are covered under life time warranty, a shipping fee of $1.99 ($18.99 – for international orders) has to be paid to our PayPal account paypal@eternalsparkles.com. Please email us your transaction id so that we can process your RMA ASAP.

If the items are not included with the original packaging for a refund, there will be a 25% restocking fee.
 

2. What is your return procedure?
Our return policy is easy and simple. Please complete a “Return form” by clicking on the RMA tab present on the Top right corner on our website. You will receive a RMA form with a RMA no in it. Print the form and then send the items back to the following address:

3. How long does it take to process my RMA for refund and exchange?
Once we receive the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 – 15 business days.

4. Do you do exchanges if an item is damaged after they are worn?
All our products come with Lifetime warranty. If the jewelry was damaged, please return the items with the packing slip that was shipped to you and with the warranty card.

5. Do you offer prepaid shipping label if I received wrong or damaged item?
We are currently working on our prepaid shipping label and hence we request you to ship the items back to us via USPS First Class Mail. Also, mention the amount of shipping paid in the RMA form and we will refund the shipping charge once we process your RMA.

6. Will I have to pay additional shipping if request for an exchange and if so how do I do it?
If you had received a damaged or a wrong item, we will incur the shipping charge in order to ship the correct item to your address However, for all other exchanges like changing size or choosing a different item, you will have to pay $1.99 shipping charge via PayPal. Once the payment is made, email the PayPal transaction id so that we can ship the exchange item for a size or style that you had requested in the RMA form.
