International Shipping:

Eternal Sparkles is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed by any country. Our customers are responsible for it.

Please read our return policy:
Please fill out the contact form from the "contact us" tab above and indicate the reason for your return. We will gladly help you once we receive your contact form. We will provide you with our return warehouse address with your RMA number.  Please DO NOT send your package to our address at GARDEN GROVE, CA.

If you received defective product please let us know immediately, please use the Return Authorization form below and indicate the problem with your merchandise.

Please read regarding your return:
Returned jewelry items within 30 days for exchange or refund must have the original tag still attached to the article, along with the original gift box that the jewelry comes with and the original invoice. To return your products for an exchange, you need to place your order on our website first and pay for it like a regular purchase. Upon receiving the return merchandise from you we will credit back your account, minus the original shipping and handling cost.

Refund:
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we received your return. Refund methods will be in the same way we received your payment. Pay-pal and credit cards will be refunded back to your account.

If you received the wrong item:
On very rare cases, mistakes do happen on shipping, when this happens, please contact one of our customer service representatives and we will take are of the return/exchange process by providing you with a prepaid returning shipping label.

Lifetime Warranty:
We stand behind our products 100% with lifetime warranty. eternalsparkles.com provides Lifetime Warranty for all of our products that covers manufacture defect, material and in workmanship. We will exchange or replace all defected products with brand new and equal value item if similar items are not available at the time of your return.

Lifetime warranty will automatically be voided if the jewelry has been altered or damaged due to negligence such as scratches on rings or the jewelry is bent out of shape.

To claim warranty replacement after 30 days of receipt of your product, please include $4.95 handling charge along with your return package.

U.S. Domestic Shipping:

Although most of our orders are processed immediately, please note that a processing period of 24-48 hours may be required. All orders placed after 2:00PM PST will be processed the following business day.
