What is the difference between .925 Sterling Silver and Silver Tone? Do they tarnish?
Our Sterling Silver is 92.5% pure silver, the highest possible for fashion jewelry subject to everyday wear. Sterling Silver does tarnish over time, but proper cleaning will remove this unwanted effect. Our products described as Silver Tone are Rhodium Plated, which does not tarnish like Sterling Silver. However, platings of any kind will wear over time depending on amount of use and care. We recommend removing your jewelry before washing your hands or when it in contact with any cleaning products or harsh chemicals. We also recommend regular cleaning to keep your jewelry looking its best.
How can I clean my jewelry?
Wipe metal with a dry, soft, clean, 100% cotton cloth. Ensure that your jewelry is completely dry. Avoid soaking in water or using heat, steamers or ultrasonic cleaners. Don't use jewelry cleaners or other chemicals. Wipe stones with a damp cloth to remove perspiration, oil or any other residue. For regular cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth. Dry completely with a soft cloth. Avoid heat, hot water, steamers or ultrasonic cleaners along with cosmetics and hairsprays. Don't soak in water.

Is the jewelry offered on your website nickel free?
The benefit of having nickel is to protect the brass base metal on Rhodium plated bands. In addition, the nickel increases the brightness. Most of our products have nickel-plating in the center layer and so there is no direct contact to the skin. Also, the percentage of nickel is well within the standards, allergic reactions are rare.
How do I determine my ring size?

I do not see half sizes in your store. Will you help me in resizing them for me?
Unfortunately, we do not sell half sizes for the rings sold on our website and we are currently unable to re-size them for you. We highly recommend that you buy one size up from your desired half size. For example, if your size is 5.5, we recommend a size 6 since the size may vary depending on the style of the ring and the width of the band.

What is Rhodium Plating?
Rhodium is a precious metal, a member of the platinum family. Rhodium plating is used on jewelry to provide a surface that will resist scratches and enhance shine and durability. It gives silver a bright, platinum sheen look.
Why has my finger "turned green" and how do I fix it?
Please do not blame the silver or a manufacturer of silver jewelry. The green color is actually caused by oxidation and all silver will oxidize, it's also what gives silver a tarnished look. In most cases, the reason may be lotions, soap, or chemicals that come into contact with your skin on an everyday basis. This can easily be removed with soap and water. In some cases, the alloys used to make fine fashion jewelry more durable may react with your body chemistry, especially when the weather is hot and humid, causing a harmless green or black discoloration on the skin. Also, if a person has a naturally high acidity level in his/her skin, it is possible for his/her finger to "turn green" from silver or gold jewelry. A solution to this problem is to clean your silver jewelry as often as possible with a polishing cloth. After about a week or two, the reaction should stop occurring. Buying a larger size normally allows for an easier resizing process. In addition, we recommend that you seek a reputable jeweler to assist you in resizing your ring. How long does it take in general to process my order?
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of submitting an order and once we have received payment authorization. If an item is on back order, how would you let me know about it?

Do you ship to PO Box and restricted regions?
Yes, USPS will ship to P.O. Box and restricted regions. However, Express, UPS or FedEx orders cannot be delivered to a P.O. Boxes.
When I tried my tracking number in the USPS website, I did not receive any useful information. What do I do now?
If your package was shipped recently, you will not have any information from the website for a few business days. Please check www.usps.com in a couple days in order to receive any updated information for domestic orders.
USPS does not provide any detailed tracking for international packages. If your package does not arrive within 2- 4 weeks, there might be delays due to customs and so please check with your local customs office and post office to see if the package was held up there.
My order was shipped several days back and I have not yet received my package. What should I do?
If seven (7) days has passed since you received a confirmation email and you still did not receive your Domestic First Class or Priority Mail shipment, please send an email to email@example.com. Please remember that orders placed and/or shipped during holidays and storms will experience delays.
