Returns and Exchanges
You can return qualifying items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and in new condition
- In their original packaging
*Earrings are non-returnable unless proven damaged. We will issue an exchange for damaged pieces.
Items purchased on sale and marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
Please contact email@example.com. Include your order number and contact information and we will email you a return form and walk you through the returns and exchange process.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return/exchange shipping costs and any other fees will be the responsibly of the customer. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.
1. Complete and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form with your return. Please contact customer service for an RMA form.
2. Include the original receipt, invoice, or packing slip
3. Ensure tags are attached
4. Include the original jewelry box and jewelry bag
5. Place in appropriate shipping box/envelope
6. Keep a record of your tracking number
At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item. All new exchanged items are FINAL- no exchange and no return.

Eternal Sparkles reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund cannot be granted.
Please send back to us within 30 days from the date of purchase and within 2 weeks of issuing an RMA. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange; once your return is received, it will be inspected. Items that have been resized or altered, engraved, appear to be worn or damaged in any way are non-returnable. Exchanges and/or returns are not acceptable after 30 days of purchase.
Eternal Sparkles will credit back your account , minus the original shipping, handling costs, and restocking fee if applicable. If the condition of the merchandise is acceptable then a credit will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days of receipt. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to show on your statement.
A shipping fee will be deducted from all refunds on returned orders that originally received free shipping when the amount of the return brings the total sale below the free shipping threshold requirement.
